Champagne Olivier Père et Fils is a family estate deeply rooted in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne, in the village of Trélou sur Marne. The story of the house began in 1910, when Jules Olivier, a true lover of the land, planted the first vines on 1.5 hectares. His son Jean expanded the estate with the same passion, and in 1968, Jean Claude, moved by a deep interest in winemaking, created the brand Olivier Père et Fils.
Today, the estate is managed by Bertrand and Julien, the fourth generation, with the arrival of Zoé marking the fifth. The domaine now cultivates 11 hectares of vineyards, ideally situated on steep, south facing slopes with clay limestone soils. The average vine age is 35 years, producing grapes of exceptional maturity and quality. The three traditional Champagne varieties, Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, are all grown here. Meunier brings fruitiness and freshness, Pinot Noir provides body and power, while Chardonnay adds finesse and elegance.
Respect for the environment and sustainable development are central to the estate’s philosophy. The vineyards are managed using a reasoned approach, and the estate is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale and Viticulture Durable en Champagne.
Champagne Olivier Père et Fils is also known for its warm hospitality, offering guided tours and tastings at the estate, where visitors can discover the passion and savoir faire behind every bottle.
