Champagne Hénin Delouvin is a family estate rooted in the prestigious terroirs of the Champagne region, with a heritage spanning five generations. The house is the result of the union of two historic winemaking families: F. Hénin Père et Fils from Aÿ and Delouvin Chayoux from Cerseuil. Today, Jacky, Christine, Julien, and Guillaume Hénin continue this legacy, embodying values of quality, know how, respect, regularity, and modernity.
The estate cultivates the three classic Champagne grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay, across a mosaic of terroirs. Vineyards are located in Grand Cru villages such as Aÿ and Chouilly, Premier Cru sites including Dizy, Grauves, and Mareuil sur Aÿ, and in the Marne Valley at Cerseuil. This diversity allows for the creation of both single varietal and blended cuvées, each expressing the unique character of its origin.
Certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE), Champagne Hénin Delouvin is committed to sustainable viticulture, preserving the environment and fostering biodiversity. The winemaking process is carried out with meticulous care in the estate’s own winery, ensuring the preservation of terroir expression. Bottles are aged for several years in their cellars, guaranteeing quality maturation and complexity.
