Domaine Rion is a historic, family-run estate based in Vosne-Romanée, Burgundy, with a legacy that stretches back to 1896. Founded by Pierre Rion, a former sharecropper who acquired the Château de la Berchère’s vines, the domaine has grown through five generations, each adding their mark to the estate’s story. Today, Armelle and Bernard Rion, together with their daughters Nelly, Alice, and Melissa, and son-in-law Louis, continue to nurture and expand the family’s passion for fine Burgundy wines.
The domaine cultivates vineyards in some of the Côte de Nuits’ most celebrated villages: Vosne-Romanée, Chambolle-Musigny, Nuits-Saint-Georges, and Vougeot. This enviable portfolio allows Domaine Rion to offer a wide range of wines, from Coteaux Bourguignons and village-level bottlings to prestigious Premier Cru and Grand Cru appellations.
