Domaine Antoine et Laura Robin is a family-run estate rooted in the heart of Chablis, Burgundy. Founded in 1990 by Laurent Robin with just 70 ares of Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons, the domaine has grown steadily, now spanning 14 hectares across all four Chablis appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. This journey reflects a deep commitment to both tradition and innovation, with each generation contributing to the estate’s evolution.
After 25 years of delivering grapes to the local cooperative, Laurent acquired a winery and began bottling under the family name. The arrival of his son Antoine in 2018 marked a new chapter, soon joined by his daughter Laura and wife Marie-Laure. Today, every member of the family is passionately involved from vineyard to cellar, ensuring that each wine reflects their shared values and dedication.
The estate practices sustainable viticulture (lutte raisonnée), with regular soil tillage and careful vineyard management to preserve the health and character of their terroir. The vines, some over 40 years old, are planted on diverse soils and benefit from optimal sun exposure, producing grapes of remarkable quality.
The range includes fresh, lively Petit Chablis; balanced, mineral-driven Chablis; expressive Premier Crus such as Vaillons and Montée de Tonnerre; and elegant Grand Cru Blanchot. Each cuvée is crafted to showcase the unique expression of its origin, offering authenticity and pleasure in every glass.
