Constance & Co is a new, highly selective negociant brand created by Charlotte and Benjamin Boude, who are already established growers in the village of Cormoyeux under the Boude Baudin label. Driven by their deep passion for the Champagne region and a desire for creative freedom, they launched Constance & Co in 2023 to craft unique, limited-edition Champagnes that reflect their relentless pursuit of excellence.
The brand is rooted in the historic village of Cormoyeux, where the Boude family has cultivated vines since 1955. For Constance & Co, each vintage is an opportunity to explore forgotten grape varieties, rare winemaking methods, and hidden treasures from the cellars, always with the aim of showcasing the Champagne terroir in its purest form. Their ambition is not just to make Champagne, but to offer “gems” that are increasingly distinct and memorable.
Constance & Co is committed to environmental responsibility, respecting all stakeholders, from consumers to nature and the people who work the land. The vineyards they cultivate are certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC), ensuring healthy, high-quality grapes and a positive impact on the environment.
The “Exploration” labels feature an innovative, interactive design: when the label is moistened, it reveals a unique visual related to the vineyard, making each bottle a true collector’s piece.
