Champagne Yves Louvet is a family estate with a heritage spanning several generations, soon to reach its fifth. Located in Tauxières, at the heart of the Montagne de Reims, just 20 kilometers from Reims and 15 kilometers from Épernay, the domaine is the seat of the family’s winemaking tradition. The estate cultivates 12 hectares of vines, distributed among some of the finest Premier Cru and Grand Cru villages in Champagne: Louvois, Bouzy, Trépail, Tauxières, Avenay Val d’Or, Mareuil sur Ay, Fontaine sur Ay, Hautvillers, Ambonnay, and Le Mesnil sur Oger.

Of the 12 hectares, 10 are planted with Pinot Noir and 2 with Chardonnay, allowing the estate to craft Champagnes that showcase the unique qualities of each variety. The vineyards are situated on the best slopes, ensuring optimal sun exposure and drainage for the vines. The family’s deep connection to the land is reflected in their commitment to sustainable viticulture and the preservation of traditional winemaking techniques.

Since 1994, Champagne Yves Louvet has produced approximately 40,000 bottles per year, each reflecting the family’s savoir faire and dedication to quality. The estate’s approach is rooted in patience, precision, and respect for the terroir, ensuring that every bottle expresses the authentic character of the Montagne de Reims. Champagne Yves Louvet is a celebration of family, tradition, and the art of Champagne.
