A&C Toullec is a family estate led by Anthony and Clémence Toullec, the fifth generation to manage the family’s vineyards. The estate is based in the Premier Cru village of Rilly la Montagne, with additional parcels in Sacy, Montbré, Taissy, and Avenay Val d’Or, all classified as Premier Cru and located in the Montagne de Reims, just a few kilometers from Reims.

The estate covers approximately 4 hectares and 81 ares, divided into 24 parcels, each carefully tended to express the unique character of its terroir. A&C Toullec is committed to sustainable viticulture, holding both High Environmental Value (HVE level 3) and Viticulture Durable en Champagne (VDC) certifications. These reflect the family’s dedication to protecting the environment, encouraging biodiversity, and managing pests and diseases with minimal intervention.

All grapes are harvested by hand, and each parcel is vinified separately to preserve its distinct personality. Fermentation and aging take place in a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, with extended aging on lees to develop complexity and finesse. The estate’s annual production is limited to just 9,500 bottles, ensuring meticulous attention to every detail.

A&C Toullec is a member of the French Independent Winemakers’ association and continues to uphold the values of craftsmanship, respect for nature, and a passion for authentic Champagne.
