M.A.C. Wine Services is a France-based company acting as collective export managers for over 100 artisan wine producers across France, Italy, Spain, and Austria. Our mission is to connect exceptional wineries with international buyers through smart strategy, operational support, and market insight.
We represent our producers globally, coordinating documentation, compliance, logistics, and sampling, while offering importers a simplified and curated sourcing experience from a single trusted contact.
In addition to export management, we support barrel sourcing, offer strategic consulting, and work closely with both wineries and trade partners to build distinctive, sustainable wine portfolios.

Founding Director & Wine Consultant
Originally from Italy, Mattia’s background is in top-level sommelier roles in Australia and international wine consulting. He holds the ASI Diploma Gold and WSET Diploma, is a Master Sommelier candidate, and was awarded Best Sommelier of Australia (2017) and Best Sommelier of Italy (2019). In 2023, he represented Italy at the Best Sommelier of the World competition.
Business Development and Client Relations
Originally from Ireland, Suzanne’s background is in marketing, career consulting and international corporate relations. She worked for many years at Kedge Business School dealing with leading companies across all sectors including the hospitality and wine industries. She has lived in France since 2000 and obtained the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines with Distinction.
Export Manager & Wine Consultant
Thibaut’s background is in sommelier and wine merchant roles across France, Ireland, and Australia, with a focus on natural and biodynamic wines. A certified sommelier, he was named Best Young Sommelier of Australia (2018) and Runner-Up, Best Young Sommelier in the World (2018), and brings strong industry knowledge to producer selection and trade relationships.
Export Manager & Wine Consultant
Gary’s background spans chemical and biomedical engineering, wine retail, and private client services in New York City. He holds the WSET Diploma, is a Certified Sommelier, and earned an MBA in Wine & Spirits Business in Burgundy. Originally from the U.S., Gary is passionate about connecting family-owned producers with new markets and sharing the culture and business of wine.
